Doing group therapy with my mum enabled me to open up and share things with her. I'm now able to see her side of things and understand why she may make certain Decisions.
I also had a few DBT sessions on my own which allowed me to talk about things that depressed me and learnt practical ways to deal with them. Now I find confidence in myself and am able to ask for help in situations, I also started journaling my thoughts as a hobby and to keep myself organised. It has been a really good experience and exposed me to right things. Thank you so much Blossom Foundation for always supporting me.
