Being a Teenager is tough, but for us African girls growing up in the UK, it can be even harder. Dual heritage can be both a gift and a struggle.
Life is just plain confusing sometimes!
Like when you experience one culture at home and another at school. Feeling frustrated, confused, or wanting to shut it all out is not unusual. The truth is, we all need a space to figure some of this weirdness out.
At Blossom, we understand we girls need a big sister or an aunty every so often. We need someone to help us understand changes and differences, cheer us on, or hug us and say it will be alright. We need to be supported and loved, but we need someone who understands us.
That’s why we founded Blossom.
We Offer Nonstop Supportive Services to Help Young Girls Thrive and Achieve Success
At Blossom Foundation, we understand how crucial it is for young girls to have a nurturing and supportive environment to reach their full potential. We offer consistent assistance and services to help them overcome obstacles and succeed in all aspects of their lives.
We provide comprehensive programs and support to assist young girls in accomplishing their objectives. We aim to empower girls and young women by providing individualised support and programs catering to their unique needs. We offer a broad range of workshops that cover personal development, health, and wellness, as well as career guidance, equipping girls with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in today's world.
Our one-on-one mentorship program is designed to help girls discover their purpose, overcome behavioural challenges, and reach their full potential. We work closely with parents to ensure our services are tailored to each girl's needs. Along with our mentorship and workshop programs, we also provide essential services such as Mother & Daughter Group Coaching and Keynote Speakers to further support and inspire girls on their journey towards success.
