Mother and Daughter Hang Out

Join us for an engaging and meaningful Mother & Daughter Workshop focused on strengthening relationships through deeper understanding and open dialogue. This session will explore Mental Health Across Generations, helping participants recognize how different generations experience, perceive, and respond to mental health challenges. We will also discuss Intergenerational Communication, providing practical tools to foster empathy, improve conversations, and bridge generational gaps.

Through interactive discussions and shared experiences, mothers and daughters will gain valuable insights into each other’s perspectives, creating a stronger foundation for connection, support, and mutual understanding. This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to learn, grow, and build healthier relationships together.
